How Bidzilla Works

Getting Started

Before you can bid on any of our auctions, you must first set up an account and purchase bids. Please take a moment to watch our Introductory Video that explains the basics of how to use our site.

To get started, follow these 8 easy steps:

1. Click on "register – it's free" in the top right corner of the screen.
2. Complete the simple registration form. Please note that you must provide a working email address to create an account.
3. Check the email account you provided for our confirmation notice. Instructions on how to complete your registration will be included in the email.
4. Log in to your account by clicking on "sign in" in the upper right corner of our webpage and filling in your email address and password.
5. After logging in, click on "buy bids" on the left-hand side of your "dashboard" window.
6. Bids may be purchased in bid packages, and the larger the package you buy, the better deal you get. The packages and prices we offer are:

7. Once you have selected a bid package, click "Buy!" to the right of your preferred package. You will be asked to provide billing information to complete your purchase.
8. Click on the "Auctions" tab at the top of your dashboard to see what auctions we are currently running, and start bidding to get great deals!

Rewards Program

We want to make sure that nobody walks away empty handed. That is why we have created a rewards program that allows you to get products for free just for using our site!

• For each bid you place in our auctions, you earn rewards store credits.
• Rewards store credits can be redeemed in our rewards store for the item of your choosing.
• As an extra thank you to our dedicated customers, you can reach higher rewards levels as you play more. A higher rewards level means that you earn rewards points faster, which means you get more of the items that you want absolutely free!

Leaderboard

The leaderboard at Bidzilla.com keeps track of our users who have saved the most during the current calendar month. Savings are computed as the difference between the total of the prices paid for items and the total of those items’ market value as listed in the item descriptions.

At the end of each month, we give out prizes to users who have saved the most during that month. At that time, the user who is ranked #1 on the leaderboard will receive 100 free bids at Bidzilla.com. We also randomly draw another user from the top 10 to receive 50 free bids, and we randomly draw another user from the top 50 to receive 25 free bids.

Auction Types

Standard Auctions
Standard auctions start either at a specified time or when a specified number of users join the auction. Each bid increases the price of the item by the bid increment, usually $.05 or $.10. Each bid also increases the timer by the timer increment, usually 5-10 seconds. The auction ends when the timer reaches zero and the winner is the person who made the last bid. Every standard auction has different bid and timer increments, so check the individual listings for details.

Auto Bidder

In most auctions, you have the option of using our Auto Bidder. The Auto Bidder is designed to take over for you in case you need to be away from your computer for a few minutes. Auto Bidder allows you to specify the price range and maximum number of bids you would like it to place. To use Auto Bidder, go to the Auto Bidder tab in the auction window, and fill in the required information.
